Microdistortions of VK8-alloy surface layer after electrospark alloying with titanic-alloy elements

VK8-alloy surface layer was obtained after electro-spark alloying with Ti-alloys. Microdistortions have been investigated by method of crystal imperfections diffuse scattering of X-rays. Masstransport kinetics and alloying time for basic material are reported. Advice is given.
