Abstract:

The data on dielectric losses and a capacity of measuring cell filled with egg protein in 0.155 M aqueous solutions of NaCl and CsCl in the frequency range of 0.001-100 Hz at the temperatures of 275-315 К have been presented. Found that the addition of egg protein into the CsCl solution at a temperature no higher than 310 К leads to maxima appearing in tg5(/) dependence at the frequencies below 1 Hz.
