Modification of the transport coefficients under calcium doping in the Y1-xCaxBa1,5La0,5Cu3Oy system

The results of a comparative study of the temperature and concentration dependences of the resistivity, thermo-emf, Hall and Nernst - Ettingshausen coefficients in the Y1-xCaxBa1,5La0,5Cu3Oy(x=0,4) system are presented. On the basis of narrow-band model the complex quantitative analysis of the obtained experimental data is performed; the parameters of the band spectrum and charge-carrier system in the investigated samples are determined; the character of their variations with increasing calcium content is analysed.
