The influence of the substrate material on the transitions dielectric–conductor in thin films of polyaniline

Abstract:

The peculiarities of the dielectric - conductor transition in the thin films of polyaniline are considered. It is shown that such a transition in thin films can occur at various рН values of the solution depending on material of a substrate.
