Abstract:

In this work we have developed algorithms and computer programs for stretching of dsDNA with arbitrary nucleotide sequence and structure with ICM-Pro - software package for molecular modeling of biomacromolecules.The differences in structure transitions in dsDNA under stretching from 3' and 5' DNA ends investigated.
