Elastic-plastic properties and defect structure of ultracrystalline aluminium and aluminium alloys

The effect of the vibration strain amplitude on the elastic modules and internal friction of microcrystalline aluminium and aluminium alloys samples produced by equal-channel angular pressing has been studied. The experimental data are discussed under the assumption that the dislocation mobility depends on both the spectrum of point defects and the internal stresses and porosity.
