Abstract:

In this study, we performed laser ablation of the solid albumin film, using nearinfrared high intensity femtosecond laser pulses. As a result, microstructures with multicolor and excitation-dependent visible fluorescence were produced. We studied fluorescence characteristics of laser-processed protein and characterized its chemical modifications.
