      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>This article examines the effect of surfactant content on the surface tension of a PEDOT:PSS solution to determine the possibility of coating substrates with different values of critical surface tension. One of the disadvantages of  applying PEDOT:PSS coatings from an aqueous solution (e.g. spin-coating) is that water has a relatively high surface tension, which leads to poor wettability of substrates with a low critical surface tension.</p>
