      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The propagation of a plasmonic pulse signal in carbon nanotubes (CNTs) has been investigated theoretically, and the circuits of plasmonic logic gates “NOT” and “OR” based on CNTs have been proposed. These logic gates represent a complete functional basis for binary logic. The spatial modeling of plasmonic logic gates is performed taking into account the atomic structure of CNTs. The proposed logic gates can be used for plasmonic circuitry in the telecommunication frequency range.</p>
