        <p>Electrical properties of zinc oxide nanostructures were studied in terms of change in the impedance under infrared, red, green, blue, and ultroviolet illumination. Physical interpretation of photoabsorption in ZnO is given, and the prospect of using the synthesized structures as photosensitive elements is shown.</p>
