        <p>This investigation is devoted to substantiation of the smallest droplets presence in polydisperse emulsion in a liquid – liquid system with stirring. A model of the smallest size secondary droplets formation is proposed: a break up of the largest droplets in a three secondary droplets, the model taking into consideration the number of tests per a break up during a time of droplets presence in the stirring zone. Calculated values are compared with known experimental data.</p>
