      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The calculation of diffraction attenuation of an ultrasonic ray in "a piston radiator - a cylindrical waveguide - the investigated environment" system is carried out. It is shown that spatial dispersion presence in an acoustic waveguide leads to the considerable oscillations of diffraction attenuation unlike a field of a piston radiator and also to origin of areas with the negative value of diffraction attenuation.</p>
