        <p>The method of analysis of kinetic data obtained in closed plasma chemical system with continuous mass spectrometric control of the molecular gaseous components is presented. The data contain two aspects of information about the system: the general structure of the kinetic picture with its ordering of the kinetic curves and the curves themselves.</p>
