        <p>The pattern suggested before for gas exchange in human lungs, and also of its influence on illnesses processes has been amplified. The experimental and calculated data on pressure of oxygen in alveolar blood for two clinical cases were compared. The possible reasons for unhealthy status and its influence on gas exchange are shown.</p>
