        <p>The task of the 2D image formation of line is considered in the acousto-optical system composed of the pulsed laser and the modulator based on the TeO[2] crystal. The frequency-contrast characteristics of this system and cross-section distribution of light intensity in the line was calculated for various values of the light pulse duration, the carrier ultrasonic frequency, the length of acousto-optical interaction, and the pitch angles of light.</p>
