      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The influence of epilayer structure parameters of tandem GalnP/GalnAs/Ge solar cells on sunlight conversion efficiency has been investigated. The optimal choice of thicknesses and doping levels of emitters of GalnP and GalnAs subcells were shown to allow to improve efficiency of the solar cells up to 4 %.</p>
