        <p>A thermodynamically equilibrium cylindrical new phase inclusion in elastic solid under uniform external strains is studied. The shape of the base of cylinder and the axis orientation are found in dependence on external strains. Surfaces of existence of equilibrium cylindrical inclusions are constructed in stain space.</p>
