        <p>The problem of mathematical simulation of managerial processes by systems with mobile thermal sources is considered. Process of an extract in manufacture of an optical fiber is investigated. The nonlinear problem about optimum control of capacity of a thermal source is formulated, the theorem of existence of the decision is proved, and the gradient method release is used.</p>
