        <p>The technique of production of a new composite material including organic and inorganic semiconductors has been worked out to achieve a bulk geterojunction based on donor-acceptor complex. Optical spectra of C60CdS composite thin films were obtained and analyzed and a charge-transfer-solid-state complex formation was determined.</p>
