        <p>The research of the processes of adsorption of oxygen and fluorine atoms and oxygen and hydrogen molecules has been carried out in the framework of the semi-empirical quantum-chemical calculated scheme MNDO. It has been shown that carbon nanotubes display chiral adsorption effect in relation to the adsorption of atoms and molecules on its surface.</p>
