Abstract:

This work focuses on DBD (dielectric barrier discharge) surface modification of polylactide (PLA) films. The film samples were treated in a cold plasma in order to optimize their biological properties and interaction with human skin fibroblasts. Optimal film processing modes for the increased proliferative activity of cells have been found.
