Abstract:

The article is related to investigation of diffraction gratings in sillenite crystals which are suitable for creating high-sensitive adaptive holographic interferometers. The article presents the results of study of the diffraction gratings efficiency and also the sensitivity of the interferometer based thereon, depending on various factors, such as crystal geometry and orientation.
