Algorithms for energy spectrum reconstruction adapted for electrostatic analyzers experimental data

We investigate technical aspects of data deconvolution from plain plate and spherical plate energy analyzers for obtaining energy spectrum. The Gold and the Lucy - Richardson algorithms which have many applications in different instrumental analysis areas were used.
