The bending of a clamped ribbed plate

Abstract:

The paper proposes an iteration method of correction function superposition for the solution of the problem of the bending of a rectangular orthotropic ribbed plate, clamped over the entire boundary. Initial polynomial and correction function in the form of hyperbolic-trigonometric series bring exact solution. The numerical results of calculating deflections and bending moments are also given.
