        <p>A diagnostical method for reconstruction of electron energy distributions on the basis of bremsstrahlung X-ray spectra from electron beam device collector were tested in simulations and experiments. Applicability of the universal Kramers'es law for reconstruction of electron energy distributions has been numerically estimated for different data acquisition layout conditions.</p>
