        <p>Temperature- and field-dependent static magnetic susceptibility demonstrates the high temperature de Haas — van Alphen oscillations in the sandwich-nanostructures. Periodic frequency changes and the diamagnetic reply of the de Haas — van Alphen oscillations are registered for the first time by varying the temperature value, which reveal the synchronic temperature oscillations of the sheet density and the effective mass value of 2D holes as a result of the mesoscopic properties for the δ-barriers.</p>
