        <p>Several algorithms have been developed to design electrostatic systems analyzing energy of charged particles and having characteristics predetermined and useful for the analysis. The approaches based on inverse problems solution using Hamilton — Jacobi equation and the Abel integral equation are illustrated with a variety of examples.</p>
