        <p>A study of perovskite-like dielectric with high piezoelectric constants is presented. The powder diffraction method was used. As a result a sequence of phase transitions was followed, determining phase transition order. The information on temperature evolution of cell parameters, volume and spontaneous deformation was obtained.</p>
