The behavior problems of controlled dynamic systems are considered at stabilization of their settlement movements using relay control. Living conditions asymptotically steady periodic fluctuations in these systems having two switching are received. It is shown that localization of these fluctuations directly depends on size of a zone of a hysteresis.
