The data on dielectric losses and capacity of measuring cell filled with deionized water and physiological solution in the frequency range of 0.001 - 100 Hz have been presented. The dielectric losses in the physiological solution within this frequency range are shown to be connected with movement of ions, and those in the deionized water - to be connected with the polarized losses, appearing during reorientation of molecules being in the external electromagnetic field.
