        <p>In the article a theoretical study of multiparticle effects in the low-energy electron scattering by microscopic metallic clusters is presented. Mechanisms of resonance attachment and electron inelastic scattering with excitation of collective plasmon mode are discussed. The results obtained are compared with experimental data.</p>
